Arrive in Taiyuan at 0830 am by an over
night train form Beijing. You will be met at
the railway station and transferred to your
hotel. After checking in and having your
breakfast, you will firstly visit “Jin
Temple”, the most famous tourist attraction
in Taiyuan. The more then 900 years old
Goddess Hall, the same aged colorful clay
statues and the murals inside are priceless
state treasures. Behind Jin Temple up to the
hill there locates the Tian Ling Shan
grottoes which dates back to 1400 years is
also worth visiting. |

In the afternoon, some more sightseeing to
the symbol of the city "twin pagode atemple".
"Cong Shan Monastery" and so on. |

you will take you couch to Lin Fen. On the
way you will visit the ancient city Ping Yao.
“Ping Yao”, was added by UNESCO to the “List
of World Heritage” on Dec. 3, 1997 as a new
bright jewel on crown of China’s amazing
historical relics. And this walled city has
become one of China’s “must-see”
attractions for tourists from all over the
world. |

Beside s sightseeing in the city, you will
also visit some other excellent historical
sites within the same region such as the Ten
Thousand Budda Hall of Zhen Guo Monastery
which is typical of Five Dynasties Period,
(907-960AD) and is registered as the 3rd
oldest and valuable building in China. The
Shuang Lin Monastery, under the special
state care and protection, and well known
for its over 2000 coloured clay statues
sculptured in Song, Yuan, Ming & Qing
Dynasties. |

Today is an other big day, you will travel
by couch through the mountainous area to Ji
Xian for the breathtaking Yellow River
waterfall. It is a long driving but
on the way. You will see at least two
ancient temples. One is Xiao |

Xi Tian, the other is Dong Yue Miao. |
|

D4 |
This morning you will see the most great
yellow waterfall in the world. You will find
the unbelievable view is worth the long
driving. And then you will continue travel
by road back to Yun Cheng. |

The most interesting attractions today are
memorial temple of Guan Yu, the god of war
in Three Kingdom Period, Yong Le Palace
known for its imposing murals, underground
cave dwellings that is still popular today |

Continue your trip to San Men Xia, a city in
Henan Province. You will visit the Dam of
San Men Xia reservoir and take a 1 hrs
cruise on the yellow river, the 2nd largest
river in China. After lunch, visit an
ancient Guo Sate remains of unearthed
Chariots and horses. Then you’ll head for
Luo Yang, the city famous for it’s peony
flower |

Full day tour of Long
Men Grottoes, White Horse monastery, the
Guanlin Temple where the Head of Guan Yu,
the God of war was buried. |

If it’s in the season, you will be showed to
the exhibition of the peony flowers. |

Today you will leave Luo Yang for Zheng Zhou
the capital city of Henan Province., on the
way there you will visit the Shao Lin Temple
which is worldwide famous for Chinese Kongfu. |

D9 |
Today you will visit the new provincial
museum, one of the modern museum in China to
get an idea of how great and old the Chinese
history and cultural are. After lunch you
will fly to an onter destination or to Hong
Kong etc. |
