D1 Arrive Guangzhou. You are met on arrival. Afternoon visit to Chen Family Temple, Dr Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall and 5 Rams Statue. Board your flight to Guilin where you will be met & transferred to your hotel.(L) Guangzhou
D2 The stunning beauty of Guilin’s shark – tooth Karst hill formations and the entertaining magic of the twisting Li River is unique to the world. On your unforgettable five-hour cruise you will pass ancient villages, bamboo groves and cormorant fishermen. Complete the memorable day with a browse through Yangshuo Country town with all its arts and crafts.(BL) Guilin
D3 Morning visit to the Reed Flute Caves & Elephant Trunk Hill. After lunch board flight to Kunming where you will be met and transferred to your hotel.(BL) Kunming
D4 Visit the Horticultural Expo.(BL) Kunming

D7 Today you will visit two of the world’s greatest archeological treasures – the 6000 Terracotta Warriors guarding Emperor Qin’s Tomb and the mystifying 8000-year-old Banpo Neaolithic Village. Also stop at the Hua Qing Hot Springs where Chiang Kai Shek was captured. In the evening, enjoy a Tang Dynasty Cultural show with dinner.(B) Xi'an
D8 Visit the Shaanxi Museum, wild Goose Pagoda, and Bell Drum Tower before boarding your afternoon flight to Beijing where you are met and transferred to your hotel.(BL) Beijing
D9 Visit the world’s largest public square capable of holding more than a million people – Tiananmen Square. Leading off the square is the world’s most symmetrical form of architecture – the 9999 room Forbidden City. To cap off the day visit the majestic Temple of Heaven where farmers prayed for favorable weather and bountiful harvests.(BL) Beijing
D10 Take a stroll along the ornate verandas of the Summer Palace situated around the placid cool waters of Kunming Lake. The Summer Palace was the favoured resort of the Empress Dowager during the warm Beijing summer months. Next stop is the Beijing Zoo where you can catch up with a collection of Giant Pandas who will no doubt be either sleeping or munching on bamboo shoots. The days sightseeing ends with a visit to the Lama Temple still regarded as one of the finest Buddhist Temples in China.(BL) Beijing
D11 What a great treat is in store for you today as you realise every traveller’s ambition – to walk upon the Great Wall of China. Don’t forget to wear your sneakers so you can grip the steeply inclined steps along the Wall. A chairlift is available at additional cost. After this memorable occasion enjoy a light Chinese lunch at a nearby restaurant before visiting one of the only three Ming Tombs opened - the Tomb of Emperor Ding Ling. (BL) Beijing
D12 Your breakfast is the only meal planned for you today – a leisure day. There are no tours planned for you today which is yours to venture out and explore this great city by yourself. The shopping in Beijing is now very good – silks for the ladies, designer label garments for all at very reasonable prices and good quality. There are also thousands of restaurants around Beijing as well as a modern new culture of entertainment. If you wish to extend your stay in Beijing ask your travel agent for the extra night cost, you’ll be surprised at how inexpensive these fine hotels are. (B) Beijing
